Refund Policy

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit, or products that have physical defects, or in case an incorrect product has been shipped. An email with photos and/or videos of the damaged/defective/incorrect product along with the order details should be sent to us within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.

Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product/s by emailing us on care@brihansnatural.com.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number or label has been tampered with. If the return request is made outside the specified time frame, it will not be accepted. On receipt of the photos/videos and/or returned product/s, Brihans Natural Products Ltd. will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

If approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued.

We will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, net-banking, wallet, etc.) within 5 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) of approving your return request.

The replacement will be shipped to customers within 5 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) of approving your return request.

 

Cancellation Policy

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel your order, please email us your order details on care@brihansnatural.com, or call/WhatsApp us on +91 8806333448.

In such cases, the entire order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 5 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
