Brihans Natural Products Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Brihans Natural Products Ltd.”), a public limited company governed by the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at "Chandrashekhar", 242, Shaniwar Peth, Pune – 411030, Maharashtra, India is the exclusive and registered owner of all intellectual property rights for the trademarks:
Brihans Natural Products Ltd. has several other registrations of variants of the aforesaid trademarks registered in Class 35, Class 5, and Class 3 under the Trademarks Act, 1999. The said registrations are valid and subsisting as of date.
Brihans Natural Products Ltd. is an eminent entity indulged in manufacturing and marketing a wide range of Ayurvedic and natural skin care, hair care, health care, and oral care products. Being the registered owner of the aforesaid trademarks and their variants, only Brihans Natural Products Ltd. has exclusive common law rights and statutory rights to use the said trademarks and their variants in relation to the above-mentioned products and to obtain relief in respect of infringement of the aforesaid trademarks and their variants under relevant sections of the Trademarks Act, 1999.
The members of trade and public are hereby cautioned and notified against any unscrupulous manufacturers and traders, with whom Brihans Natural Products Ltd. has no nexus or association whatsoever that may misrepresent or pass of their goods under the aforementioned trademarks and their variants thereof or any other mark(s) deceptively similar to Brihans Natural Products Ltd.’s registered trademarks and their variants thereof. Therefore, the public is hereby cautioned against purchasing goods from any such individuals/entities.
Brihans Natural Products Ltd. alone is entitled to use the aforesaid trademarks and their variants thereof or authorise others to use them pursuant to a licensing agreement to such effect. Notice is given to Whomsoever It May Concern that any use of the aforesaid trademarks and their variants thereof or trademark(s) deceptively similar thereto, by any person(s) not authorised by Brihans Natural Products Ltd., will amount to violation of Brihans Natural Products Ltd.’s statutory as well as common law rights. In the event of infringement or violation of Brihans Natural Products Ltd.’s exclusive rights over the aforesaid trademarks and their variants, Brihans Natural Products Ltd. will be forced to initiate appropriate legal action.
The members of trade and public in general are also advised not to be attracted or lured by any email communications, advertisements or solicitation made by any unauthorised entities. Brihans Natural Products Ltd. will take strict legal action against such entities and thwart their attempts to mislead the public at large.
Please take note that Brihans Natural Products Ltd. is not in any way connected or associated with the email communications, advertisements or solicitation made by any unauthorised entities and therefore cannot be held liable for the actions of either the perpetrators or their victims. The public in general are also advised not to be attracted or lured by any of their communication which solicit payments and promise products or promise jobs.
